Mainstage
The Mainstage are public performances which are held and a 99 seat black box theatre with a thrust stage. This intimate venue allows young audience members to sit close to the stage. Five production are offered to the public this year on selected Friday evenings and two matinees on Saturdays. For many children it will be the first time they will sit as an audience member during a live play. The plays are geared towards younger audiences with stories based on classical, modern and original plays. Although it is for children, the plays do not alienate an adult.

Youth Stage
is a performance based class in which students work with our Mainstage directors and designers to produce a play in the world of “real” theatre. Their work culminates into 6 - 10 performances for the public. Approximately 100 students are involved with Youth Stage throughout the year. The students are responsible for each other and their performance. The students who perform in this program have literally brought smiles, laughter and tears to those who sit in the audience.
