Summer Camps 2010
For 2010 we are offering 7 different camps! Students will learn theatre terminology, theatre games, and a recital piece. Parents and friends are invited to the recitals which will be performed during the last class period on our stage.

2 WEEK CAMPS
Monday - Friday 9am - Noon

The themes this year are ACTION, FAIRIES, MONSTERS, and MUSICAL THEATRE. Students will have fun at the theatre by playing games, making new friends and rehearsing for a short play based on the theme.
1 WEEK CAMPS
Monday - Friday 9am - Noon

Camp out for a week with DANCE, VOICE and SHAKESPEARE. Campers will work towards a showcase of what they have learned with their classmates.
CLASS RATIO
Class ratio is typically 20 students/instructor. An instructor's assistant/intern may be present if the class size is over 20 students. The Children's Theatre reserves the right to make adjustments to class size, instructor's and assistants as needed.
Registration deadlines are 1 WEEK prior to the first day of the camp.
DISCOUNTS
Early Registration Discount
$25 off any camp if tuition is paid before APRIL 30th, 2010.
MULTIPLE CHILDREN
A discount will be given of $10 for each student from the same family if registered and paid at the same time.
ADDITIONAL CAMP DISCOUNT
A discount will be given of $10 for each additional camp the same student is enrolled.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
LOW ENROLLMENT
The Children’s Theatre reserves the right to cancel any camp based on low enrollment. Tuition will be refunded 100% of the amount originally paid.

Floating, flying and generally buzzing around, becoming a fairy sounds like just what the doctor ordered for those summer blues. Will you be a GOOD FAIRY, an EVIL FAIRY, an all around FUN FAIRY?
ACTION CAMP
Ages 5+
2 week camp

Moving, fueling and explosively dueling is what this camp is about. If you are a big fan of action and adventure, then you will feel right at home in our ACTION CAMP! This camp will BLAST you off this planet and take you into orbit around an un-earthly mission to places unknown.

Your DANCE CAMP INSTRUCTOR will welcome you to the troop and take you through a variety of dance styles. (This is a great camp for those who just took FAIRIES CAMP or are planning on taking MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP)

So you think you are ready for the old english, are you? Well, nobody wrote it better than William, and now it’s your turn to take a spin around the "globe" to understand and speak Shakespeare’s tongue. (This is a great camp for those who are auditioning for the YOUTHSTAGE summer production)
MONSTERS CAMP

Monsters come in all shapes, sizes and attitudes. Is your monster BIG & HAIRY, SMALL & SLIMY, or just plain SILLY? This camp allows for all monsters to take center stage or under the bed or in the closet. MONSTERS! MONSTERS! MONSTERS! Here they come!

VOICE

Singing everyday is what you will do when you enter this camp. Your VOICE CAMP INSTRUCTOR will guide you through the perilous adventure of singing in front of an audience. Campers will learn to understand sheet music and music vocabulary while singing through some great musical theatre songs. (This is a great camp for those who are planning on taking MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP)
