We at The Children's Theatre want to make your experience with us as easy and enjoyable as possible. The information provided below should answer many of the questions regarding Member benefits and responsibilities. a reminder email will go out to Members prior to each performance. To guarantee you receive these emails as well as informative newsletters about special events and other unique programming, please add boxoffice@tctheatre.org. to your contacts to ensure that this important information is reaching you.

PICKING SHOW DATES
Your Membership purchase provides access to member benefits but does not constitute ticket(s) to a specific shows. Please make sure to choose your tickets ahead of time by filling out the online form, emailing the box office with your dates and times or by calling the box office. It is the sole responsibility of each member to select which performances you would like to attend, as well as the show dates.
As a Member you are not guaranteed the date and time you wish, unless you have reserved your specific show. It is possible that if you do not, the date and time that you want may be sold out. Because of this, we strongly encourage Members to select their dates prior to the start of the performances, by contacting the box office with your selection.

IF A MEMBER MISSES A SHOW A REFUND OR RAINCHECK TO ANOTHER SHOW WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

BENEFITS
The following benefits are valid for Members only and cannot be transferred in any way.

ACCESS TO NINE SHOWS AND ALL OUR EVENTS THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.
Included in your season membership are the five MAINSTAGE performances and four YOUTHSTAGE performances of the 2011-12 Season. Show tickets must be selected in advance. Please note that in 2011, Babes in Toyland is not part of the MAINSTAGE season but can be selected as part of your season membership (see below).

FAMILY & FRIENDS BONUS TICKETS OR OUR 2011 PRODUCTION OF BABES IN TOYLAND
In addition to the nine shows, Members will get have the choice of one additional ticket per season membership to a show of their choice or one ticket per season membership to our December mainstay, Babes In Toyland. Take a friend to any show you wish or come enjoy our holiday classic. All selections must be made in advance.

DISCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Members are offered discounts for the entire duration of their membership. The Children's Theatre may offer other ongoing promotions to the general public, through newsletters, social media sites, print ads, partnership and any other printed or electronic media. Member cannot use their member discount in addition to any other promotion.

DISCOUNT ON ADDITIONAL TICKETS.
Season members have the added bonus of receiving $2 off each additional ticket purchased throughout the year. This benefit cannot be combined with any other offer and these tickets are subject to availability.

PRIORITY SEATING FOR EACH SHOW
Members who arrive a half hour before the scheduled show time will have the opportunity to pick their seats first before other general ticket holders, after which general seating begins for all patrons. In order to take advantage of this, members must arrive on or before the opening of the theatre for that show. This benefit does not extend past the initial opening of the performance. No Member may take the seat of any patron that has already been allowed into the theatre.

FREE TICKET EXCHANGES
Normally ticket exchanges are $2.00 per ticket, but as a member this transaction is free provided that the exchange is made 48 hours prior to the performance you wish to move FROM. This allows us to resell those seats to our general audience.

DISCOUNTS ON ACTING SCHOOL
Members who sign their children up for one of Acting School programs will receive a discount. The exact discount depends on the program, so please contact the box office for special pricing information throughout the year, or look for emails with offers. Contact the box office for more information.

SPECIAL EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
Throughout the year, The Children's Theatre holds topical workshops and special events. With your Season Membership you will receive free registration to these workshops. Members must reserve a place in workshops when stated. Not all workshops require a registration fee. Events and workshops not organized by the theatre may or may not be a part of the Member benefit.

MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION
All Membership benefits are non-transferable. Membership privileges extend through the entire 2011-12 Season and expire with the last YOUTHSTAGE performance in August of 2012. These benefits cannot be extended for advance purchases to the following season’s performances, classes or other events. In order to do so, a membership must be renewed or otherwise purchased for the 2012-13 season (available in spring 2012).
